Do you charge for coming out to look at a problem?
Within Cyberjaya and Putrajaya, inspection is free if you proceed with the quoted work. Elsewhere in the Klang Valley we charge a small survey fee that is deducted from the job price.
How fast can you attend a burst pipe or major leak?
Our 24/7 line (+60 17-336 8145) dispatches the nearest crew. In Cyberjaya we average about 45 minutes; across the wider Klang Valley plan for one to two hours depending on traffic.
Can you find a leak without hacking all my tiles?
Usually, yes. We use pressure testing, thermal imaging and acoustic listening to narrow the leak to a small area first, so any opening-up is targeted rather than exploratory.
What warranty do you give?
Workmanship warranties are written into every quote: typically one year on general plumbing repairs, five years on bathroom tanking and up to ten years on torch-on membrane systems.
Do you handle condo and strata approvals?
Yes. We prepare the method statement, insurance letters and contractor registration your management office asks for, and we schedule noisy work within permitted hours.
Will you work outside office hours so my business isn't disrupted?
Night and weekend slots are available for offices, cafes and retail units at a modest surcharge. Weekend re-piping jobs are one of our specialties.
