Corners, upstands, drain mouths and pipe penetrations get reinforcing layers — because that's where every roof actually fails.
Flood testing
Wet areas and flat roofs are ponded for 24–48 hours and inspected before handover. The test result goes in your file.
Documented warranty
System, batch numbers, applicator and coverage rates recorded. If a claim ever comes, there's no arguing about what was installed.
