Our story
From two plumbers and a borrowed van
Cyberwell Piping & Waterproofing Sdn. Bhd. was registered in 2012, back when Cyberjaya was mostly construction hoarding and ambition. Founders Azlan Mokhtar and K. Sivarajah had spent a decade on commercial plumbing sites and were tired of watching shortcuts get plastered over.
The first office was a rented shoplot store room in Cyber 5; the first "fleet" was Azlan's brother-in-law's van, returned every Sunday. What grew the business wasn't advertising — it was property managers passing our number around because we documented everything and stood behind the work.
Today five crews cover the Klang Valley from our base on Jalan Teknokrat 6, handling everything from a RM180 tap replacement to full-block waterproofing contracts. The rule from the store-room days hasn't changed: quote it straight, fix it once.

Document everything
Photos before, during and after. Camera footage for drains. Flood-test results for waterproofing. You keep copies of it all.
Respect the home
Shoe covers, floor sheets, dust barriers and a proper clean-up. Your house should look better when we leave, not just drier.
Train our own
Every apprentice spends two years paired with a senior tech before leading jobs. Skills stay in the company and standards stay consistent.
